Because a healthy and happy mind & body starts on the plate, nourishing, natural and tasty food is a priority for us.

We serve breakfast and dinner. Our meals are sometimes vegetarian but mostly plant-based, gluten and sugar-free, with special attention to gut health. Due to the small group size, we can also cater to other dietary requirements. Please specify at booking.





Breakfast includes coffee or (herbal) tea, freshly squeezed lemon or orange juice (from the garden), fruit basket (with some produce of the garden), homemade kefir and soy yoghurt, greek yoghurt, our special homemade sugarfree granola, eggs, cheese, bread, jams and local honey.


Our dinner menu is generally composed of a delicious healthy gourmet main course and a dessert (mostly sugar and gluten free and incredibly yummy:)).


Cooking Workshop

After having received many requests we now offer inspiring healthy cooking workshops with focuses on yummy vegan, sugar free, gluten free and gut supporting recipes, helping you to find your way in the healthy cooking scene that can sometimes feel intimidating  and complicated at first sight. The host as a trained Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach will also give you tips on how to read nutrition labels and a possible pantry makeover at home so you can bring some healthy habits back with you :)
